Standard out-of-pocket rates:  $140-$240 per session

I accept insurance from the following providers:

• IHN OHP / Intercommunity Health Network - Medicaid for Lincoln & Benton Counties

• CareOregon OHP - Medicaid coverage including Jackson Care Connect, Columbia Pacific CCO and Health Share of Oregon for coverage in the greater Portland and surrounding areas

• Pacific Source (Reliant Behavioral Health)

• Aetna

• Providence

• Blue Cross Blue Shield / Regence

• UHC

• Out-of-Network for most other insurance providers

Insurance fees vary based on your deductible or co-pay amount. Please contact your insurance provider directly to ensure accurate understanding of coverage and the amounts you are responsible to pay at the time of our sessions.

Payments:  I accept most major credit cards, cash, and checks.

A limited number of sliding scale / reduced amount appointments are offered.
